Instructions

You will be testing a task manager web application called SuperTask. Once you read and complete the consent form below and click the button, you will enter the website.

Once you enter the website, we ask that you attempt to complete all of the following test actions:

• Create an account
• Make a new task
• Create a new project
• Learn how to set the color of the project in the user support manual
• Add your created task to the new project
• Delete the task
• Delete your account

You can view this list of tests above at any point through out testing the website, by clicking the red circular button labelled "Tests" at the bottom right of your screen.

Once you complete all these tests, click the red "Tests" button, and on the menu that appears, click the red button labelled "I've completed all the tests", to signify that you have finished testing the web application.

When you click this button, it will redirect you to a completion page. On this page, you will be given a participant ID number - please write this down. On this page you be given a link to a feedback questionnare regarding your experience and thoughts on various design aspects of the website. Please fill out the questionnare and enter your anonymous participant ID number provided on the completion screen after you finish testing the website.

By checking the box below you confirm that:

• You agree to have your written feedback recorded and used for further research if you complete a feedback form at the end of the research tasks
• You agree to have your completion time of the tests and the order of pages in which you navigated recorded by the website and used for further research once you complete the tasks
• You understand that you will anonymously be participating in this survey, no personally identifiable information will be collected about you as a part of this research
• You understand participation in this research is voluntary
• You are 18 years of age or older
• You agree to participate in this research project
